Hi, I’m Coleman!
I’m an Executive Producer and Production Operations Lead with nearly 20 years of experience bringing creative ideas to life. At Mischief @ No Fixed Address, I lead production across integrated campaigns, working alongside clients and creatives to turn ambitious ideas into reality. I also oversee studio operations at The Candy Factory, Mischief’s AI-forward production arm, where I’ve helped build a studio redefining production through AI and non-traditional workflows.
I spent the first few years of my career on the production side before moving into agency production. That experience continues to shape how I approach every challenge, balancing creative ambition with practical execution while building strong relationships across clients, agencies, and production partners. Along the way, I’ve developed a passion for improving how production teams operate by creating scalable workflows, solving complex operational challenges, and helping organizations adopt new technologies without losing sight of the people behind the work.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, writing and recording original music, and working on my award-winning lawn. I’m always looking for problems to solve, opportunities to learn, and ways to apply my experience to leave things better than I found them.
