Hi, I’m Coleman!
I’m an Executive Producer and Production Operations Lead with 18 years of experience producing and leading integrated campaigns for national and global brands. Currently at Mischief @ No Fixed Address, I oversee production across a wide range of work, helping teams execute ambitious creative while building the systems and workflows that support it. I also lead studio operations at The Candy Factory, where I’ve helped build scalable workflows to support high-impact social and digital content, leveraging emerging technologies and AI.
At The Martin Agency, I worked on campaigns for brands like GEICO, CarMax, and OREO. Having worked across agencies, studios, and hands-on production environments, I bring a practical, solutions-oriented approach and a strong understanding of what it takes to move creative work from idea to execution.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family, writing and recording music, and working on projects around the house. I’ve always enjoyed building things and figuring out how they work, and that mindset continues to shape how I approach production every day.
